During the past 15 years, I have been awarded my Masters Degree in Couples, Marriage & Family Counseling and am a licensed Marriage & Family therapist in the state of Washington. I am also an active member of the American Counseling Association, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the WA Association of Marriage & Family Therapists.
When you meet with me you will quickly realize that I am intentional about creating a safe and trusting environment for you to share your deeper emotions. Conversations are held in strict confidence and there is complete acceptance of sexual, ethnic and cultural diversity.
I intentionally focus on doing one thing very well... showing you how to emotionally connect with your partner or family members so that you (1) are finally heard and understood, (2) can resolve conflicts as a team, (3) can be vulnerable without judgement, (4) can give and receive empathy, appreciation, and respect for each other, and feel safe and secure.
Co-creating your Relationship Plan, identifying and resolving negative patterns of interaction, completing homework assignments to gain new skills and learning new ways to increase emotional intimacy are some of the many benefits you will realize through working with me.

You have a choice of attending counseling sessions in the office or you can connect with me online using Zoom.
Most insurance companies provide some coverage for counseling related expenses. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to cancelling a session to avoid being charged.
